The room was comfortable, but only because I opted for an upgraded standard. Therefore, I got a spacious room with a large bathroom. I noticed that some rooms were quite small, dark, with windows facing an unlit courtyard. So it's worth carefully considering the options because the price differences are not always significant. The breakfast was tasty and varied, and everyone will find something for themselves.

The Hotel Sercotel Alfonso VI is extremely well-located in Toledo. It is walkable from the train station, especially if one gets good directions to the electric escalator under the town parking garage. The hotel sits at the top of a hill, close to the Alcazar, from which there is easy access to Toledo's diverse points of interest. The rooms are clean and generally well-maintained, and the staff is helpful.

The location was excellent, right in the centre, close to all the attractions and with beautiful views of the Alcázar. The interior decor was excellent and the kids loved the suits of armour and statues. Check in and check out were very smooth. Staff were polite and very helpful. The family room was a great size, well equipped and very clean.

The location of hte gotel is pefect, right next to Alcázar of Toledo and no more than 20 minutes walk from most city attractions. The hotel looks really nice with mediavel time aspects (visit the 2nd floor even if the restuarant is closed, the hall is cool). The room is spacious, nothing special inside, but comfortable. There are some parking solutions nearby and the hotel offers discounts.

We had a good welcome at Reception when we arrived and the room itself had a lovely view of the Cathedral (as promised at booking). Breakfast was very fresh with plenty of options, all very tasty! I really liked the quirky nature of the hotel and the historic feel of it all. Parking in the garage next to the hotel was ideal - not cheap, but the discount for hotel guests was good. The location is excellent, with easy walking access to what we wanted to see. Photos attached of the views from our room.

- Ample room and comfortable beds & pillows - Breakfast was offered in their ‘Castilla-La Mancha themed’ dining room. - Ideally situated in old-city center. Walking distance to all sites. - Handicap parking at door. - Rooms on the back of the hotel are on a very narrow pedestrian street which can be noisy as any noise carries. - Flexibility to extend parking after checkout as the parking garage is private (roughly 15€ for 24 hours.) - Discount offered on nearby parking garage. - Great communication from hotel regarding access to parking.

Hotel receptionist was extremely helpful and knowledgeable regarding local area and buildings. Car parking was just a short walk away and a hotel discount was very welcome. breakfast was very plentiful and a variety of fruit hams cheeses along with eggs and bacon made it quite attractive.

The location of this hotel is excellent as it’s within walking distance of everything for sightseeing. Our room was well appointed and spacious with a very comfortable bed. It also had plenty of drawers and wardrobe space for clothes storage. Breakfasts were varied and delicious.
